TOP 10 "ROCK" WORSHIP SONGS FOR DEVOTION TIME

Oh how I love rock music! I'm not sure if it is the guitar or the voice of the singer or the Violin when they decide to twist it; I just know that rock music speaks to my heart. #Grinning

Do I have "Rock Lovers" in the house?? Please give a shout out loudly to the Lord!!!

Gloreeeeeey!! Yea!

Okay, let’s get to business.

I love to worship #Jesus! I mean, isn't He just extremely perfect?!
He is the only one who worship befits and He enjoys it more when you (the worshipper) are having a good time/fun doing it.

Talking about time, when do you have your devotion/quiet time/Jesus time or Romance with the King as I call it time?
I love to do early hours of the morning like 4 am and so.
However, I must let you know that some of my perfect devotion moments are unplanned. I'm talking about times when I “miss” the king (not because I got disconnected though. I’m very emotional about Christ) and in between the day's activities you pause all the noise to "love on him".

Phew! Jesus is so real

So in no particular order, these 10 songs are some of my favourite "Romance with the King" moment songs.

Let me know if you like them too.

WHY DO “LOOSE” GIRLS MARRY FASTER?

“If this life has anything to gain at all, I’ll count it lost if I can’t hear you feel you, cause I need you…” rang my amazing ringtone by Lecrae. I picked up the sleek darling to see who misses me. It was this pretty friend of mine.
Ada (Not real name) and I met at the University of Nigeria, Nsukka in our first year. We had a lot in common and she was just my type (whatever that means) LOL. Anyway, I was (and still am) literally and figuratively in love with God and I noticed her heart was committed to God and His standards too.
Well, we graduated four years later and you know how life happens. We haven’t really kept in touch for a while. I heard sometime back that she was engaged and I called to say congratulations.  We talked about how life had been since after school and how we both are still fervently loving and serving the Lord. She said her wedding was three months away and I told her I definitely needed the aso-ebi (A uniform material sold to people who wish to attend an event).

HOW TO AWAKEN YOUR PROPHETIC ABILITY

If you are female and sense prophetic gifts on your life?
Here is a bible based, Christ Centered institution to help you develop and effectively use your prophetic gifts.
In simple terms, Prophecy can be defined as hearing the voice of God and speaking what He says.
This gift is basically experienced in two ways. Auditory- Where  the one receiving the message hears words, which they then repeat or release  to those to whom one is sent.

Visual- This is referred to as The SEER gifting. Here, the receiver sees a message through some type of picture, which they then release or speak about as led.
These pictures are either received while awake by means of visions, while asleep through dreams or while half awake in trances.
Most prophetic people will experience both aspects at various times, but they tend to have one that is more dominant or frequent.
Can you relate with any of the above?

When I was younger, I had a wish. I wished that I could move from street to street selling to anyone who cared to buy.
I admired people who moved about carrying their wares on their heads because I felt they had the privilege of sightseeing and freedom of movement.
The only chance I got to see places was when we were in the car on our way to church or school.
The other times were when we occasionally visited Amusement Park or stopped by the then famous Mr. Biggs for lunch. This was in the 90’s. I soon got bored from seeing the same routes and sights.

I wished for more sightseeing opportunities and freedom of movement. I thought the only way I could get those was to be like the other children or adults who hawked their wares.
One day, my wish came to be!
My mum came across bananas sold unbelievably cheap. She bought a lot and decided to sell some of…
